1. WEIGHING AND LOADING DATA MANAGEMENT DEVICE INSTALLED ON BOARD

The Device is perfectly positioned in the cabin to give you the best view of its display and operability in choosing the data you want to enter before starting the load. Its swivel mount allows you to direct the Device as you wish. Alternatively it can be positioned outside, close to the lifting box controls, inserted in a steel container that guarantees waterproofing and impact protection

2. WEIGHING BLOCK INSTALLED ABOVE THE FRAME

The weighing block made of a load cell with a lifting cylinder screwed onto it, represents the ideal solution for a non-factory installation, simple and fast directly by the customer. The four weighing blocks are screwed onto the frame of the hook lifter positioned in the four corners, in this way when the container is loaded on board it can be raised very little, weighed and placed back on the frame again. The enormous advantage of this weighing concept is that the frame of the hook lifter and truck are not tampered with and the limited dimensions in height allow a non-invasive and expensive installation because the weighing block is not installed laterally to the frame but above it. The degree of protection of the load cell ensures operation at the most extreme temperatures and environmental conditions. The characteristics of its cable and its protection have been chosen for the work environment where substances derived from oil or salt will not damage them.

3. LIFTING CYLINDERS PUMP

The cylinder operating pump also containing the oil tank is installed by means of a special support on the frame and allows, by command, to activate the cylinders for lifting the container

4. CYLINDERS ACTIVATION

Cylinder lifting and lowering controls that can be used when the container is resting on the frame to be able to detect its weight. An additional button allows you to deactivate the inductive safety sensor which avoids stressing the lifting cylinders if the body is hooked to the frame for transport
